A brief introduction by the Editor
THE PARANORMAL CLUB – A QUEST

Although the esteemed organisation known as the Paranormal Club indulges in a high degree of secrecy it has, in recent times, found a need to share information with a view to an advancement in their quest.
Branches of the club have been established around the British Isles and locally based members tasked with the investigation of unexplained occurrences.
Results of enquiries are reported to the main office in London with a view to building up a picture of what appears to be a developing crisis.
Details of this problem seem to be obscure at the best of times, which may be the result of the main office having little understanding of the issues concerned. Of more consternation is the possibility that they are not, at this stage, willing to allow collected intelligence to be disseminated beyond their inner sanctum. This can only allow for speculation on our part and also on the part of local agents, who also appear to be limited with regard to the particulars of this quest and, in addition, are entrusted with a clearly defined parameter concerning the sharing of information.
What we know, we will impart to all readers of this august journal. That which remains shrouded from our usually perceptive observation will not be free from a certain amount of conjecture and we whole heartedly encourage a similar vain of enquiry from our readers by way of the letter’s page.
